Who is responsible

The controller of personal data processed on enhanced.dev.br, including NT Tools, is Milton Guilherme Carrilho Soares, an individual based in Brazil. For any privacy matter, write to [email protected].

Summary

  • There is no signup, login or form asking for your name, email or phone number.
  • We don't use cookies, analytics tools, pixels or tracking.
  • Most tools run in your browser: what you type or paste into them is not sent to any server.
  • What's My IP, Port Checker and the public API use a server and therefore process some data, described below.

Data we process

  • What's My IP: your IP address and data Cloudflare derives from the request (country, region, city, postal code, time zone, approximate coordinates, provider and ASN, HTTP protocol, TLS version and user agent). It is returned only to you and is not recorded.
  • Port Checker: the host or IP and the port you enter, used only to attempt the TCP connection. We don't record the host, port or result.
  • Public API: the data sent in each call is processed to build the response and then discarded.
  • Abuse protection: the IP of API callers is kept temporarily in server memory, never written to disk, only to enforce usage limits. It is discarded when the server instance is recycled, which happens frequently.
  • Hosting logs: as hosting and security provider, Cloudflare processes the IP, user agent, requested URL and timestamp of each request to deliver the site and block attacks.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Running the tool you asked for (LGPD art. 7, V).
  • Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse, such as port scanning and excessive requests, based on legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, IX).

Sharing and international transfers

We don't sell personal data or share it for advertising or marketing. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as a processor and handles data on servers outside Brazil, including in the United States. This international transfer follows LGPD art. 33, with the contractual data protection safeguards offered by Cloudflare.

Cookies and ads

Today the site sets no cookies and uses no browser storage, and the font is served by the site itself, with no third-party calls. If we start showing Google AdSense ads, they will only load after you consent through a notice on the site, and this policy will be updated before that. Your choice will be stored only in your browser and can be changed at any time through the “Ad preferences” link in the footer.

Retention

We keep no database of visitor information. The IP used for usage limits lives only in the server's temporary memory. Cloudflare's technical and security logs follow Cloudflare's own retention periods.

Your rights

Under LGPD art. 18 you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about sharing and review of legal bases, and you may object to processing. Send your request to [email protected]. Since we keep no visitor data, in most cases there will be nothing to access or delete, but we will reply within 15 days. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS with HSTS. Inputs are validated on the server, the API has usage limits and the Port Checker rejects private addresses, including domains that point to them.

Children

The site is aimed at developers and IT professionals and does not knowingly collect data from children or teenagers.

We may update this policy. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
