Terms of Use
Last updated October 26, 2026
Acceptance
These terms govern the use of enhanced.dev.br, including NT Tools and the public API, run by Milton Guilherme Carrilho Soares. By using the site, you agree to them.
The service
The tools are free, require no signup and are provided as is. We may change, suspend or shut down any tool or the API at any time without notice.
Permitted use
You may use the tools and the API for personal or professional purposes. You may not:
- Use the Port Checker or the API to test, map or scan third-party systems without their owner's permission.
- Use the site for illegal activities, including those covered by Brazilian Law 12.737/2012 (unauthorized access to computer devices).
- Bypass usage limits, overload the infrastructure or automate requests in abusive volumes.
- Try to exploit security flaws in the site. If you find one, please report it to the contact email.
Public API
The API is free and requires no key. Current limits are 1 request every 5 seconds per IP on the network endpoints (What's My IP and Port Checker) and 120 requests per minute per IP on the others. Limits and endpoints may change, and there is no availability guarantee (SLA). We may block IPs that violate these terms.
No warranties
Results (formatting, conversions, hashes, subnet calculations, permissions, cron expressions, generated commands and other outputs) may contain errors. Check them before using them in production or for important decisions. The tools are not a substitute for security audits.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use or unavailability of the site. You are responsible for how you use the tools and their results. Nothing in these terms limits rights guaranteed by Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.
Intellectual property
The site's code, text and design belong to its owner. Open-source libraries used by the site follow their own licenses, and third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their owners. The content you process with the tools remains yours.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy at enhanced.dev.br/en/privacy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. When you act as a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction, as provided by Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.
